WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY ON GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS?
This applies to non-graduates only who placed a Class of 2012 order prior to December 14, 2011. All refunds must be requested in writting by June 1, 2012. All delivered & personalized items, as well as handling, are non-refundable.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO ORDER NOW? GRADUATION IS STILL MONTHS AWAY?
Now that the December 14, 2011 deadline has passed, announcements are available on a first come, first served basis.
WHO DO I SEND ANNOUNCEMENTS TO AND WHEN DO I MAIL THEM?
This is an announcement of your special achievement in life that you will want to share with family, friends, neighbors, and people who are important to you. It is not an invitation to the actual ceremony. Proper etiquette suggests mailing your announcement ten days to two weeks before graduation.
WHAT NAME DO I USE FOR MY NAMECARDS?
You should use your legal name (formal). We use the exact name you submit.
WHEN AND WHERE WILL I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Announcement orders placed up to a week before your school's announcement delivery will be delivered at your school.
All other announcement orders will be shipped to the address provided. Allow up to four weeks for order to be processed.
Cap & Gown orders will be delivered at your school's Cap & Gown Distribution.
WHAT IS A GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMEMT?
A graduation announcement is the formal and socially correct way to share the once-in-a-lifetime event of graduation from high school with family and friends. It is also a memento representing the goals you've reached and remembering those who've helped you along the way.
